These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Bravotogel ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered through the website located at https://bravotogel.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the bravotogel platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us under these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account if one has been created.

Bravotogel operates an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting adult players in Malaysia. The platform is offered in English and all transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. These Terms apply to all services available on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, 4D lottery, and e-sports betting.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register for and use an account on bravotogel, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. Bravotogel strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, legal disability, or restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bravotogel, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous account on bravotogel that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested self-exclusion from bravotogel or any connected gambling platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met. Bravotogel reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time, including through third-party identity verification services.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bravotogel. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Bravotogel will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bravotogel's customer support team immediately. Until such notification is received, bravotogel will treat any activity on your account as authorised by you.

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and any applicable specific rules published on the platform, bravotogel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will use the platform only for lawful purposes and will not:

• Access or attempt to access any area of the platform that is not intended for public access;
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or data-harvesting tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software component of the platform;
• Engage in any activity that places a disproportionate load on the platform's infrastructure;
• Attempt to circumvent any security measure, anti-fraud system, or access control implemented by bravotogel;
• Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its services;
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the platform.

All games and betting markets offered on bravotogel are intended for entertainment purposes. The outcome of all games is determined by independently verified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable. Bravotogel does not guarantee the outcome of any game, bet, or wager.

Bravotogel supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin are also accepted.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a cryptocurrency deposit is made, the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) unless stated otherwise for specific payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times: eWallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers (FPX, DuitNow) generally take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes depending on blockchain congestion.
• Withdrawal restrictions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

Bravotogel reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where large sums are involved or where suspicious transaction patterns are detected. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedure.

Bravotogel may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses credited to an account are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with their applicable terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or device.
• Bravotogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Birthday Bonus and Refer-a-Friend rewards are subject to their own specific eligibility and payout conditions as published on the promotions page.

Where bravotogel determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to take such further action as deemed appropriate.

All bets placed on the bravotogel platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game category, or event. These rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is only valid once confirmed and accepted by the bravotogel system. Confirmation will be indicated within the platform interface.
• Bravotogel reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event has been corrupted by match-fixing or irregular activity, or where the bet was placed after the event's outcome was known.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change.
• For live (in-play) betting, bravotogel reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspended period will be void.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Results are final once displayed within the game interface and cannot be reversed.
• Technical errors — whether caused by the platform, the game provider, or the user's device — will be handled at bravotogel's discretion. Bravotogel shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such errors.

Bravotogel offers betting markets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and various other international sports and e-sports competitions including Mobile Legends, Dota 2, CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Valorant. Market availability is subject to change based on event scheduling and operational decisions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bravotogel platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using or attempting to use software, algorithms, or mechanical devices to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or any competitive gaming context;
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, layer, or extract illicit funds;
• Charge-backs or payment reversals initiated in bad faith after a deposit has been used for gaming;
• Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at bravotogel staff or other users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain without immediately reporting them to support;
• Sharing account access with any other individual, including family members.

All content on the bravotogel platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the proprietary property of bravotogel or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, published, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or public purpose without the prior written consent of bravotogel. The limited licence granted to you under these Terms does not include any right to use bravotogel's trademarks, trade names, logos, or any other proprietary marks.

Third-party game content accessible through the platform is provided under licence from the relevant game studios and software providers. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bravotogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses.

Bravotogel's total cumulative liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bravotogel account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bravotogel makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Bravotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, and to withhold associated funds, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 3;
• Account security has been compromised and suspension is necessary to protect the player's funds;
• Regulatory obligations require the restriction or closure of the account;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting bravotogel's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements are met and there are no unresolved compliance flags on the account.

Bravotogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. The services offered by bravotogel carry a risk of financial loss, and it is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their gambling activity remains within their personal financial means.

Bravotogel provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is applied, it takes immediate effect for tighter limits and a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.

Where informal resolution is not achievable within thirty (30) days of a written complaint being submitted, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Bravotogel's decisions regarding gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management matters — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian law.

Bravotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
